How To Burn Body Fat: Workout Exercise Before Breakfast-Natural Health Solution

When you exercise your body need carbohydrates for energy but will instead substitute your body fat for energy , which improves your fat burning ability.
Several studies suggest exercising while your body is low on food may be a good way to trim excess fat. In a recent paper, European researchers found that cyclists who trained without eating burned significantly more fat than their counterparts who ate.
“When you exercise (without eating), fat is broken down more quickly in the muscle,” said Andrew Greenberg, director of the Obesity and Metabolism Laboratory at Tufts University.
“Science is finally catching up with what smart runners have always known,” said Ron Maughan, a professor of sport, exercise and health sciences at Loughborough University in Britain.
“If you have a long, hard run without breakfast once a week, that hard run will train you to burn fat,” he said. “And for the rest of the week, have plenty of carbohydrates so you can train hard.”
Maughan cautioned against doing too much exercise on an empty stomach.
“That might help you get very good at burning fat, but you won’t be very good at whatever exercise it is you’re doing,” he said. “Without enough fuel, you won’t get the intensity of training you need to get improvements.”
The body has several ways of storing energy. You’ve probably heard of the big three: sugars, carbohydrates, and fats.
When you exercise, the uses them in order, starting with the easiest to digest to the most difficult which is, again: sugar (glucose), carbohydrates , and fatty acids (which are the major component to burn body fat).
The body’s first choice for energy is sugar. There is a small quantity of sugar in the cells of the body and some dissolved in the blood. When this first-line energy source is depleted, the body moves on to a carbohydrate stored in muscle and liver cells, called glycogen.
Even after a full night’s sleep, your glycogen stores won’t be depleted. But the amount of free sugar in your cells and bloodstream will be significantly reduced.
When blood sugar drops, a hormone called glucagon is released. Glucagon starts the process of liberating fatty acids from fat, which is stored around the body in a chemical called triclyceride (also triacylglyceride), in a process called lipolysis.
The freed fatty acids are transported around the body by the bloodstream and taken up by other tissues. Most tissues (like muscle) can use the fatty acids for energy directly.
During fatty acid metabolism, the liver also releases glucose and chemicals called “ketone bodies”, which are needed to feed the brain, because brain tissue can’t use fatty acids for energy.
The upshot of working out before breakfast is that you start out with lower blood sugar than normal. Because of the lower blood sugar, your body will release glucagon sooner and start burning fat sooner.
Since you don’t have to warm up as much before you start burning fat, you could shave 5 to 10 minutes off the length of a workout exercise and burn the same amount of fat that you would later in the day.
If you work out for the same length of time as usual, you’ll burn an extra couple minutes’ worth of fat.
So, maybe exercise before breakfast isn’t an earth shattering breakthrough. But it’s one more tactic for increasing the efficiency of your fat-burning workout.

As you can see, there are plenty of good workouts for women. Some other ones to consider are super-set training and circuit training. These workouts are good because they help you build muscle and you build cardiovascular endurance at the same time.
